With the reopening of State Route 29 to Napa County, Lake Transit resumed Route 3 schedules this morning between Clearlake, Middletown, Calistoga, and Deer Park. This completes restoration of service that was interrupted by the Sulphur Fire in Lake County, and the Tubbs Fire in Napa County. When these disasters occur, Lake Transit is greatly affected along with the rest of the community. Many of our staff were involved in transporting evacuees, and some were among those evacuated. Please join us in thanking them for their service. As we have been part of the response to fire disasters, we hope to be part of the solution by providing reliable transit services for Lake County.
