Lake Transit Authority is requesting proposals for management, operations and maintenance services for the public fixed route and paratransit services in Lake County, CA. Proposals are due by 5:00PM PST on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. For more information, go to the Request for Proposals page.

There will be no service on Monday, February 17, in observance of President’s Day. Service will resume on Tuesday, February 18.

The 7:40AM southbound Route 2 and 8:26AM northbound Route 2 are cancelled today due to hazardous road conditions.

Update @ 11:35AM The 11:00AM westbound Route 4 and 12:00PM westbound Route 7 are running behind due to a flat tire.   Due to mechanical issues, the 9:30am eastbound Route 7 and 11:00am eastbound Route 4 are cancelled for today. We apologize for the inconvenience. All other service is running as scheduled.

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, there will be no service on Thursday, November 28. LTA will be running the Saturday schedule on Friday, November 29.

Due to road construction, the Route 8 in Lakeport is currently unable to access the Lakeport Senior Center. If you need to be dropped off or picked up from there, please call dispatch for assistance at 707-994-3334.

Update: 10/25/24 Due to continued maintenance, the transfer point will remain at the Lake County Jail on Friday, 10/25.
