General Information

Hours

Most Lake Transit services operate Monday through Saturday (except Holidays) from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Routes 2 & 4A operate weekdays only. Individual routes may operate earlier or later so check the timetable for your route. Lake Transit routes connecting Ukiah, Lakeport and Clearlake operate Monday through Saturday (except Holidays).

Holidays

Lake Transit does not operate on observed holidays for New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas.

Lake Transit offers Saturday schedule hours for Veteran’s Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.

Conduct

Lake Transit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. To keep Lake Transit enjoyable for all of our riders, smoking, loud music, abusive or disruptive language or behavior is not permitted.

Food & Drinks

To keep our buses clean, open food and drinks are not allowed on the bus. Travel mugs and sippy cups with tight-fitting, secure lids are OK.

Carry-On Items

Limit carry-ons to the size and number you can easily handle. Assistance is available for seniors and persons with disabilities on Dial-A-Ride or with Flex Stop service. Limit: 4 packages up to 25 lbs. each. No flammable or hazardous items.

Lost & Found

If you lose something on the bus, call us at 994-3334 or 263-3334. Tell us the date and time you lost the item, the route (or Dial-A-Ride) and a complete description of the article. Be sure to give us a call if you find something, too.

Animals

Only seeing eye dogs and other service animals are allowed on the bus. Call 994-3334 or 263-3334 for more information.
